This Conference was originally scheduled to be held in Hue. Our hearts go out to the residents of Hue who have suffered terribly in the flood that affected Central Vietnam this month.

A 400 page Course Syllabus has been printed, including the full texts of many of the lectures along with reference material. 70 copies of the Syllabus will remain in Vietnam for use at training facilities all over the country. The entire conference will be videotaped. Copies of the videotape will be sent to those facilities after they have been copied and formatted for use in video players in Vietnam.

The Conference is dedicated to the mental health professionals of Vietnam, with special thanks to Dr. Le Quoc Nam and Dr. Lam Xuan Dien.

Doctor to Doctor wishes to acknowledge the assistance of Gregg Wheatland (Program Director), Dr. Anh Ngoc Tran (interpreter), Kent Wheatland and Ann Victor (video and photography), and Margarita Abaring Nicol and Her Honor Judge Janice Volkman (continuing enthusiasm and support).
